This image is from tonight's weather forecast:
Okay, what's going on here? Really, I want to know. This is the middle of August for crissake. It is supposed to be about 95 degrees and super-humid. Instead, the air tonight has a distinct taste of winter, and there's a forecast for frost just a couple of counties away. This has been far and away the coldest summer I can remember, and I've been in the Twin Cities for almost 30 years. It may actually be the coldest summer since Lincoln was president. The next time someone mentions "global warming," I'll laugh. My ironic snicker-laugh: snck-nck-nck-nck-nck. Posted at 10:22 PM Permalink |
